One of the founding members of Snog the Squirrel (Glaze's original name) George brought a lot to the band.  His songwriting abilities are amazing.  George left Glaze in 1997 during the bands temporary lack of creativity.  He joined up with a Dayton band called Fermata, which recently became defunct.  In 2003, George teamed up with Shaun Henry and formed Kohai which started put as an acoustic band, but migrated into a full fledged rock band.  Shortly after the formation of Kohai, Wayne Head became their percussionist,  and Wayne recently passed the torch to Mark Szabo.
